Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how return and refund requests are handled for orders placed on Avelere.

Return window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery unless a different requirement is shown on the product page or required by law.

Eligible items

Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for return. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal wellness products are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

How to request a return

  1. Email support@avelere.com with your order number and reason for the request.
  2. Wait for return approval and return instructions before shipping any item back.
  3. Ship the approved item using the instructions provided by support.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method when eligible. Bank or card processing times may vary.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@avelere.com with photos and your order number.
